I am 6 foot 3, 350lbs so I can handle at least a 100lb doll but can this be brought into reality without it weighing 500lbs?
And
Will a back and side view be needed?

You might want to look into Doll's Castle site they already have huge boob dolls like this. Irontech isn't known for this type of mold they focus more on realistic bodies.

I think a doll like that can be pulled off sort of, maybe not ideal for 6 feet tall, a few attribute sizes would need to be cut down a bit because for weight concerns. lets say...

170cm tall, a 45 inch booty, thic thighs, the rest of her body is very slim to reduce weight, and the boobs will have very thin tpe walls, filled with lots of cotton, and air inside to make it more perky, and reduce the weight.

Hey Nintrovert47. That Walmart babe can probably be made to scale in at 200 lbs. Still better than an organic one weighing in at 300-350 lbs. This type of heavy weight woman is very common to see whenever I go shopping. Of course not the face and boobs but certainly the butt.
