They have a new model that just came out from the SoftMax serie. I think she is a A cup but I am not sure. But she is thin.

not water, but I quess they call it water bags since it's so liguid like and not as solid like gel. These breasts should be the softest on the market. Seems even more soft than my Vanessa torso breasts, but onyl slightly.My Vanessa torso also don't have gel but even softer breasts
