I am having trouble uploading my avatar, it seems there is no option available.
You'll need to resize the pic to 120x120 pixels first

Aussieaussie, you had the default "new member" avatar until you got 5 approved posts. You've got enough posts now, so you'll wanna go under 'user control panel', then 'change avatar', and upload your pic.
