I can think of two or three doll makers who are already making dolls like this and none of them are Irontech.
There's two who are active on TDF and one has multiple examples of dolls they currently make with Anthro faces.
When searching the forums for them, keep the initials "EB" in mind.

I love anthropomorphic foxes, wolves and deer. I'm not a big fan of cow girls, but the art posted is nice.

I have a nice fox from Elsa Babe and I've posted there and here now that I'd love a model with 2-3 rows of breasts that are smaller and more subtle than the main pair.
