Cleaning and drying douche - optimized

Hello,

I was struggling with the handling with the stock version of the "cleaning and drying douche".

e.g. then hold handle could not be moved into it's carry position, the hose tube handle unfavorable location ...

I relocated the handles of the dry-fan and cleaning douche, as well as extend the base, so the tube doesn't flap around so loosely, when lifting the base.
It's a 3D printed base, but sure some plywood or other stiff plate will work to.
