No seriously, you probably have to decide what is more important to you. The 163 has a very realistic body shape while the 165 has a very slim waist but also larger breasts.

Yeah the problem is I can't tell how slim the waist is of the 165 from the promo pics or any pics really. I mean I know the measurement but it's hard for me to visualize that without seeing it in person. It's a good thing I'm not ready to buy a doll yet so I have plenty of time to make a decision.
