I am honestly surprised they decided to use an M8 for this doll, their other life sized dolls Savannah and Aubrey use an M16 thread and they even say in the Questions for Savannah that you could use that to attach a head.

First two you can see my finger next to the skin and you clearly see that the texturing on Vanessa is as high as in my finger print which to me seems like the ultimate realism in details. Then comes one shot of the thigh and then there is 6 photos that I taken so it looks like real woman since you can't see the missing limbs. I would say Vanessa looks pretty much as real as a doll body can look. I don't think there is much more is anything to really add to realism since texturing is all ready as detailed as finger print :O
All photos has been taken with flash so the details can be seen.
