It's that time of year again!
FAQ:
1 - When are the cut off dates for orders?!
Most factories are wanting orders in by the 15th-20th
2 - What does that even mean?
Getting in before the cut off date will mean your doll gets started before Chinese New Year (CNY) - it doesn't guarantee it will be finished before CNY but it will help. Faster factories will have your doll ready before CNY
3 - Oh nooooo I missed the cut off date!
Don't panic! In our experience it is WAY better to be at the start of the queue before the factories get back than placing your order once the factory is back. Otherwise you end up with a good 3 weeks of orders in front of you that haven't been started. So please place your order sooner rather than later!
4 - Chinese New year dates this year?!
1st to 17th of Feb for most factories, so there will be about a 2 week delay to most orders for the next few weeks.
5 - What's the alternative?
Stock dolls! These will be the fastest option and there's plenty available right now for fast delivery to USA. Typically they take about 3-7 business days anywhere in the 48 states. Please note that SLE from Zelex are still mostly being fulfilled from China as USA stock levels are not stable, which means they will also be delayed from the 1st-17th of Feb - order these ASAP to avoid delays!
