Are These Weight measurements correct? Was their 167 Body something around 47 kg? I habe eyed this Body since it came out but the initial weight was to much for me. With only 32 kg she is one of the lightest doll IT offers Right now, if, and thats a big if, the above measurements are correct. Can you confirm this, sandro? The product page on your Homepage still have it with 47 kg…..

The point of this official announcement from Irontech is the weight reduction claim.

Another question is how reliably Chinese scales work. If I remember correctly, doll makers like Z-Onedoll and Sino-doll (among others) used to have major issues with their measuring devices (or some of their dolls were inadvertently fattened during international transit, but that is another story). We can only find out if people buy these dolls and continuously post weight measurements with own equipment.

What I can positively confirm is that there are two manufacturers with (relatively) transparent, consistent and reliable weight measurements: Gynoid Tech, and the classic Doll Sweet. Since the classic Doll Sweet does not exist anymore, there is a free spot. Maybe Irontech will fill in, or maybe it will be another newcomer like XT Doll. I'll make a separate post to monitor manufacturer claims and weight reduction progress.
