I’d forgotten about this one, but I still get that Julie Christie/Dr. Zhivago vibe.
Lisa is beautiful, so much so that it is hard to take a bad photo of her. However, proving that nothing is impossible, I’ve managed to take some truly dreadful shots of her. I do try not to post those, lol.
I’m pleased and grateful you can enjoy the painted shots. ‘Real’ photographers often despise this sort of manipulation, but I like doing them. And I think there’s room for both the purists and we, the creatively impure, alike.
Besides, if you’re a purist, shouldn’t that mean you can’t have a doll, only a real girl?
Thanks again for your visit and comments!

Re: Painting Dolls
Thanks, Victor. A slinky new turquoise party dress (Burlington Coat Factory—$8.99) and diamond necklace (also Burlington Coat Factory—$7.99) meant a few shots were in order. She complied without argument, pleased with her new ensemble and ready to party! Glad you liked it.
Thanks for the positive comment and visit—much appreciated!

Re: Painting Dolls
Thanks, Philippe. Lisa does love her hats! They make such a nice finishing touch, as you well know from Lorane’s various well-accessorized photos.
Thanks as always for your visit and positive comments. Much appreciated!
