Manage subscription is missing under user CP Help

For some reason I can't see to find it anymore. It was working before I turned off the Christmas theme stuff under board preferences but now it only shows edit signature and Avatar.
What is going on? I must be missing something.

I just turned the Christmas stuff back on and subs and bookmarks are still missing....

Yeah I tried that too.
I thought maybe it was the Christmas stuff but nope that didn't help.
