It is gel and IT hopefully has changed their design. If you look on the long version in my sig, there is at least one there I’m not proud of.

Thank you. It took my 3 days to finally get her eyelashes back on. I would like to find some type of lipstick that works well, using eye shadows but it wears off quickly.
