Unfortunately, our selling platform had just updated their Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) recently with prohibiting the sale of adult products. This resulted with them permanently terminating our store! This is very heartbreaking for us as we have been here for almost 7 years, and to see our entire business shut down instantly is devastating.

We have received many emails from customers regarding the site being down and we are blown away from the care and support you guys have shown. We truly appreciate every one of you.

We are doing our best to migrate to a new hosting platform that allows the sale of adult products so we can have a website up and running again and continue helping customers.

We are not sure how long this will take, but we will be sure to do our best and as fast as possible.

During this time, we can still manually accept orders, and our customer service email is still available. Feel free to reach out to us and we will be more than happy to help everyone!

And no, we were not hacked or went out of business! We will continue to provide as much for our customers with no plans of going out of business!

To everyone reading this, please don’t believe this website. We have seen this website before and was super confused. They are having all of our products and data and having our brand on that website and selling products for less than $50 which is super confusing. That website is not us. Please stay away from that website.

Sorry you lost your branding. That can always hurt. Unless your original branding is bad. But one thing against you is ".co", and you're still in that domain. Many people will be going to dolls.com. Wonder what that is.

It's dolls for children. The real problem is little girls typing doll.com, and not getting the m at the end. Mom or dad sees the page they're on, and starts complaining.
(And fixed a couple of missing letters.)

Yes, we have thought about this. Also, Doll.com or Doll.co won't be related to us or open up our website. We will only be Dolls.co. We did not want to use Dolls.com because that would be much more common for people who aren't shopping for sex dolls to search. So, we thought Dolls.co would be more distinct and specific. It also maintains a correlation with our previous store, SEXXDOLLS CO. Most people know to add ".com" at the end, and ".co" is less likely to be mistaken for a typo with an added "m" for ".com" since most browsers automatically add ".com" to the domain name. Additionally, our site has age verification restrictions as soon as you enter. I will attach a photo of our age verification pop-up.
