Looks like Gynoid changed the LH anatomy quite a bit to accommodate the new anal canal. This seems like a major step back in realism based on the limited photos available. I would not purchase until/unless I can confirm that anatomy meets the standards of the previous dolls.

I'll probably stick with a model 18 for next purchase, as the 19 shoulders and bust are a bit too big.

I own a model 19. The shoulders are not too big, it's the head that's too small which makes the shoulders just look that way. The entire body is actually quite slim and slender, it's more like a young teenager. The Leyla head is the size of a child, the mouth is as big as my thumb (and I have slender hands for a guy).
