Can someone tell me what JY head this is?

Not sure, but JY has some gorgeous babes. Just wish they would get LHP right and make the openings appropriately large enough for a silicone body.

So I messaged JY directly and they insist, on two replies, that it's Magi, but with different makeup.

I fail to see the similarities but I'm open to your feedback and the opinions of others here.

The doll in the Coeros photos has much more makeup detail than the doll in link. Also the makeup coloring is different. It could be the same model (head style). I've noticed that changing skin tone, makeup or even just wigs can make a specific doll look completely different, so I do not doubt that this could be the same (model) doll.

While similar, there are very big differences between them- notably the cheek structure and lips. I do not think they are the same sculpt.

Close, but I don't think so either. That being said, it is common for manufacturers to OEM for other brands.
