Realistic versatile torso

What is sought:
Torso
Characteristics:
1. Safe, non-toxic material (TPE?, SLE?)
2. Very realistic skin texture (that does not blur quickly), pores as 3D structure (so something on the level of irontechs new serie).
3. Very realistic anatomy (preferably based on body casts)
4. Physique such as Salma from S D T
5. Closed body openings (instead of these round, always open body openings, there should rather be more natural oval openings, which are kept closed by some flexible material)
Special requests (not definitely necessary, but could open up new possibilities):
Option for positions that require legs and arms.
The consideration is that a torso that would fulfill all these conditions
would certainly not be cheap. It would therefore be quite a restriction,
if some positions were not possible (or only possible to a limited extent).
Even if the idea is probably not entirely new, there doesn't seem to be a supplier yet who offers a torso doll that has not only a connector for a head
but also connectors for arms and legs.
The idea would be to produce very light and stable arms and legs, for example, from 3D printed structures
with appropriate connectors.
These structures could then be covered with items of clothing such as overknee boots and hand gloves.
Also silicone hands and feet would be conceivable.
The advantages would be obvious:
You wouldn't have to buy a whole doll at once, but you could buy individual parts as required.
Due to the lightweight construction, even the whole doll would probably be a lot lighter than a full-size product.
You don't always have to use a whole doll, but you can use just the torso when it has to be quick.
Replacing and repairing individual parts would be easier and therefore cheaper.
Storing individual parts would be easier than storing an entire doll.
The question is whether something like this already exists (especially when it comes to very realistic products)?
And if not, why not? For technical reasons? Or is there no interest in such a product?
