The doll's joints were completely loose.
I'm trying to repair it myself, but I don't know the joint type.
I sent an email to the manufacturer, but there was no response.
If anyone knows please help.

How did it go? Did you get any help to fix the joints?

Read his first post. Also, have a look which part of the forum you are in...

Hello, which part of the joint has become loose?
I remember there was a thread about TPE doll's joint repair before. It involves cutting open the TPE, then tightening the screws of the joint, and ideally, repairing the TPE afterwards.

Just to clear things up here.. Were the joints loose already when u got the doll? Or did they become loose after some time (how long)? Which of the joints are loose?
It is normal that the joints loses some tightness after long time, but they should not be loose when the doll is new.
I have done some joint tightening on one of my older 4woods silicone dolls. If it is the knee or elbow joint its pretty easy to reach, hip or shoulders are more difficult.
