I'd recommend that you contact your vendor and inquire about it. Quite a few of them sell small blocks of TPE under their doll accessories or repair categories and when it comes to most repairs a little bit goes a long way.
Hadleigh is a fair-skinned WM163C/#188, Harper (#124) is a medium toned WM164D, Kendall is a fair-skinned 163C/#398. All via RLSD.

Best solution is to go to the vendor of your doll to get a very close match to your dolls TPE.
If that is not the exact color you are looking for, you can always tint it.

You can take some pale or white TPE, then add a SMALL DROP of artist oil paint and melt the TPE.
That can tint any base TPE to meet your exact color.

You only need base TPE, some artist oil paint to tint and a melting method.

Cheers!
