introduction and question about zelex 170c

Newbie who has been reading a lot here. Great information. I have 3 art MQs and sculpt bodies.

Considering a zelex 170 c cup with head GE97 from an australian supplier

1. GE97 head. I believe it is soft silicone version. Does this have oral cavity or only on the movable jaw heads?

2. Vagina on this model lists with removal vagina. Aside from easier cleanup is there a significant difference in usability of holes in Fixed vagina vs removable? I have seen some say the holes are to small etc
