I agree; I've had Misa living with me in the past and she was amazing. Also her sister whose name escapes me - but she's the one in my profile piucture. Very cute!

Misa is one of the finest faces ever sculpted by any manufacturer, it would be wise for XT to continue to offer her.

We are working on it. Since the mold broke, we have no Misa from last year.
Now we are rebuilding her. We have made the 3 versions of Misa's model, but we don't think it's the real Misa like before.
The rebuilding work is still ongoing. We hope the Misa is perfect, not like so much bad bad-quality copies.

I had not seen these renderings. Is it not possible to make a mold or 3D scan an existing Misa head? Maybe you would lose detail in the process? Either way, can't wait to see what the final results are.

I am also a huge fan of the Misa head, she's my Mia and I am just head over heels in love with her. I'm so excited to hear that they are bringing her back!
Her resin skull has cracked around the joint after ~2.5 years for me, and it's a bit loose. I'm not sure how much time she has left until I need to repair her, if I can even.
So I'm very excited to hear they are remaking her!

I agree that they should try using a 3d scanner to take a scan of the Misa head, to make the new one as close as possible to the old version.
But it's good they are making improvements, too.
The old mold had a defect on the jaw line, it will be nice to see that be fixed.
And I would just love it if she had the ROS jaw, too! Hopefully with a "jaw bone" so that she can close her mouth as well.
I also wonder if they've made improvements to the eyes? I found them to be tough to pose, and not very full range of motion. My Normondoll's eyes are mechanical and much easier to pose.

Slightly off topic, but I also really loved the 161cm H-cup TPE body, too. I hope that they can recreate that body, too.
But their 162cm G-cup silicone body looks like a pretty close match in the proportions.
