Re: wooden ball jointed doll
the goal: removable plates for maintenance. i lurked for a long while in the repair and maintenance section of the forum to see what breaks first (the back and hips joints and sometimes to elbow or knee). so the android wil have plates all over that can be removes for easy access to everything for repairs and the skeleton will be hollow to make it even easier. i will use steel pipes and cooper pie as upper arm and lower arm respectively while using wooden hands to cut time and cost. these hands will be modified with servos in them or will have fishing line running throught them just like Prin and the whole torso and waist will be static and will not move because that is where thing break usually and i could store electronic or mechanic stuff inside. the vagina and ass will be inserts and the head will be a modified head

i will put animatronic eyes inside her skull and put a speaker in my doll chest so i can communicate (and of course, micros in the ears)

- a joint i could do where i would put servos around the joint to move it. of course it would be stronger and thicker than that puny rod.

- Elastic muscle. I don't think it's strong enoug to lift the arms and stuff so i will use kevlar cloth as "elastic muscle"

Re: wooden ball jointed doll
it's kind of the point. I'm bored being sick and bored out my mind and i want a challenge.
i even do with hands tool to make it harder.
working wood give me peace of mind and i really love it
the arms will have bending point just like that mannequin
the aluminum thing i will put inside each joint is for it to be solid and if it breaks, i can easily replace it
