Most of us guys have plenty of unwanted surplus inventory to go around. Uncontrolled use could lead to overpopulation and famine.

I think I am about 5 months late replying to this!, Oooops, sorry only just spotted it after revisiting the thread again

To build the insert as I did you need three things - some liner and an end cap (2" dia) from a Venus 2000 machine (or "Venus for men" as I believe its now called). These items are available as spares from the Venus machine maker Abco on their website here - https://venusformen.com/shop/ The third item is the clear 2 inch dia plastic tubing, available from quite a few sources, there is quite a lot on eBay.

Building is quite simple - cut the tube to the required length and drill a couple of small air holes in the tubing about half way down its length. Cut one length of liner to about 2.5 inches longer than the tubing and another length of liner to about 3 inches long. Fold the short length of liner over the tube entrance and push the remainder inside. Put the full-length liner through the tube and secure by folding over each end. Put the end cap on the opposite end to where the short length of liner is installed and its job done. Please note the dimensions will may be different dependant on penis girth but the endcap needs to be the same diameter as the outside plastic tubing diameter. The liner is also available in different diameters and needs to be slightly smaller than the tube diameter, so for example for a 2 inch end cap and 2 inch tubing the liner I used was the 1.88 inch size.

I am happy to post more photos if this isn’t clear and anybody wants to build this as an insert for a Teddy Babe. As I said previously it doesnt look realistic but it does provide some very realistic and intense sensations.
