Meet Kaya. TAYU 148D, custom order, tan skin, PEACH face, ultrasoft + PHOTOS

So, after almost 6 months since my first enquiry into a new doll, she finally arrived this afternoon.

I've had a BoyToy back in the day, a DH168 Kaede more recently, and so, the third time around, I figured I would finally go for a WM. I was torn between the 157C and 166C for their sculpts and then the new 160B came out and I reconsidered again. With both previous dolls I'd had tattoos applied by the manufacturer and I wanted to do the same. So I contacted WM, they were unhelpful, said they didn't do tattoos and then, when I saw the weights of my shortlist of girls, it put me off them once and for all.

I rejoined the forum looking for ultraslim, ultralight, ultrahot girls and got a Starpery 174C tipoff which I very nearly ordered. But the height is not ideal for storage, and the add-ons add up with the silicone body. Then I came across crazedcat's Vina and everything changed. TAYU should be giving him a lifetime's worth of dolls for what he's done to raise awareness of their premium startup. I subscribed to his thread, sent him a DM, he answered every question, and recommended I contact Alice at MyRobotDoll.

Alice, as many others have said here, is professional, responsive and reliable without being pushy. I can highly recommend her. She helpfully outlined the advantages and disadvantages of Starpery versus TAYU. I initially chose the former (largely due to price and breast sculpt, I'll be honest) then changed my mind and traded up to the smaller model... (largely due to crazedcat and easier storage).

Custom smokey eye makeup and 2 tattoos were added to the tan skin, ultrasoft body, fixed love holes, standing feet, plus I got the option of the new opening jaw on the soft oral head just before the order was placed. Tattoos added a month to the process, but they took it very seriously and allowed me to request adjustments at every stage, so no complaints there.

Opening her today, therefore, was quite an experience since my first enquiry to Alice was during their March promotion. Like everyone else who's owned a doll, the first worry is damage. And, when I picked up the box, that fear became real. The box had a hole in one end and - when I opened it up, it looked like the neck was broken. Fighting panic, it took quite some effort to get the neck back into position but, thankfully, it seems not to have been permanently damaged.

I'll conduct a full inspection tomorrow and will need a few days to get used to her before posting portraits but, for now, say hello to what will become Kaya.

Wow, I'm surprised the doll shifted in transport and bent the neck -- Tayu always packages the doll so securely. Oh well, this is common with shipping dolls in general so don't worry too much, I'm sure the neck is fine.

Awesome choice of doll and we are looking forward to pictures! Yes, crazedcat and Vina have done wonders for the Tayu brand here! He definitely helped me pull the trigger on my 148d.

Beautiful doll, but YEESH someone treated that box poorly. I think Tayu's packaging methods are the only reason it didn't suffer any structural damage. Sorry to see that, but glad she seems to be in one piece!

If the neck is dimpled at all from being bent, I've found that the silicone in that area can be massaged back to being smooth. Just sort of gently pull and stretch the dimple, and then gently do the opposite and push inward on both sides, back and forth like that.

PS: I wanna see the tats! I am SOOO curious to see how those are done, never seen that option selected before. One day I hope we can purchase a doll that is COMPLETELY covered in tattoos that don't fade!

Congrats! crazedcat's reviews are really thorough and helped me to decide on getting a JSD (can't afford a Tayu unfortunately). Good to hear that the doll seems to have survived the rough handling. Enjoy!

Damn, that is like the worst fear... Finally deciding what you want, it arrives and there is damage to the carton. That's a heart attack moment there. Glad it doesn't appear to have suffered any harm.

The way the neck comes is not an unusual sight. Not all cases, but enough this happens to, when not having enough padding on both sides on neck to back up the weighty pressure that will happen during journey.
Nice to see you ended up with a girl doing totally ok.

Thanks for the comments and tips, guys. The box was definitely unbalanced and must have been standing on the head for some time. But the neck seems to be holding up so hopefully no long-term damage.

I couldn't help myself take her out for a test-drive today as you can see in the photos. It's been a while since my last girl, and standards have raised while weight has dropped, so I will need to find my groove by running through her gears and learning her curves before taking her out for a real race. Even in this qualifier, I appear to have taken so many pictures, that my phone memory is overloaded.

The tats will come soon, rest assured.

I had originally found an elaborate tribal lower back tat online from back in the day, and TAYU were willing to recreate it, but I gradually felt there was a high risk it may not work and nerves got the better of me for such an important part of her body.

So I went for a 'safer' Chinese character script instead celebrating feminine beauty, and even asked to choose my own font. They sent several sets of characters and fonts for me to choose from, so full credit to the team at TAYU and Alice for patiently adapting to my changing wishes.

It's a bit lighter than I would have liked, but the subtlety is growing on me.

Thank you very much for the pictures. I like how the tattoo came out, there is no fading to it and it seems to be long lasting. Congrats really nice lady you got there and i can imagine how much fun you are having.
Regarding weight i saw your gym weight so you probably work out and keep yourself fit, as do i, but trust me less weight is better for more positions during same sex session. I got heavy dolls with gorgeous sculpt but when i want to keep changing position and my mind goes to some pose i saw in a porn video i get to the point where i lose my mood because is not easy to change position. Try to get back in the mood when your all sweating and semi tired is not fun. But when you got multiple girls like me you can do a lot of things

I will share a picture or 2 after i find them about what i want when it comes to tattoo on a doll and i will open discussions with Tayu starting next year if they want to take a leap of fate on my money.
