Silicone is generally more durable than tpe, so it should be.

I was wondering if you have any experience with the silicone Six House dolls for comparison? Six House became available before these small mlw dolls, and I purchased one but was somewhat disappointed. The functional area was pretty small to the point that it was barely usable even with loads of lube, partially due to the silicone being somewhat hard. Also I believe the silicone was of inferior quality because it degraded when using pure coconut oil, something that pure silicone should not do. The vendor told me prior to my purchase that it was pure silicone, but I believe that was an untruth. Are you able to provide a comparison comment to the Six House dolls? It sounds like the mlw might be softer given your comment about the tear. Do you know if it is pure silicone, or adulterated with other plastics? Sorry if my questions are too specific.

I’m not familiar with that brand, so it’s hard to say, but while the hole on this one is smaller than those of a full size doll, I haven’t found it to be unusable. It still takes some careful positioning and plenty of lube, but I haven’t had too much trouble using her.

Don’t know much about materials either, but I can compare her to my other two silicone dolls. She is actually softer than my silicone Zelex doll and feels very similar to my standard Sino doll. Haven’t had any problems with degradation, but I’ve only ever used water based lube.

nihil, thanks for sharing your experiences so far with Ashley.

During my recent slide down the mini doll rabbit hole, I ran across the MLW 60cm silicone dolls as well, so this was really fortuitous. Now I'm even more tempted to add her to my silicone family.

But, I must be good...I already just began waiting for another mini doll ordered a mere three days ago.

I was thinking about getting a torso from them.. but they charge for practically every option, even body paint.. or perhaps I’m just spoiled from features like that being free.. idk.. the iron tech torsos as well as the climax torsos are a little too big for a duffle bag..

She has a standard metal skeleton with joints like you would find on a full sized doll. The fingers are the only wire part, but at this size that’s understandable. I haven’t had any issues with durability so far, but I also haven’t put her through much stress.

I don’t remember off the top of my head and I can’t check at the moment, but I believe it’s a standard M16 bolt. I’m sure you could (destructively) modify a bjd head to use that kind of attachment, but I can’t think of an easy way to attach them with the normal hook setup I’ve seen on most bjd’s. I can get some pictures later though if that will help.
