New WM TPE Doll Owner
Mineral oil and baby power or corn starch the body to start? Which is best in powders, baby or corn? Is mineral oil ok on TPE?
Its a fixed vagina, are female condoms ok to use with TPE?
Cleaning the body...warm water and pat dry with a soft towel or micro fiber towel?
Thanks so much!
Re: New WM TPE Doll Owner
After that, do a good washing using diluted Dawn dish soap, or antibacterial hand soap. I personally use the Dawn dish soap cut 1:5. You might have to wash her a few times to get the powder and residues off, but it’s worth it. A clean doll is a happy one. Just make sure to dry the foot bolts and take the head off first. Seal the neck hole if showering her. I use a commercial sheepskin car wash chamois to dry her. It soaks up a lot of water, and no lint.
After drying apply baby powder, or corn starch. I always baby powder. Don’t add a lot, just enough not to be tacky. Let it sit for a while (to absorb some of the powder) before putting her clothes on.
I would hold off on the mineral oil. New TPE blends don’t seem to need the oiling the older stuff did. It’s been 8 months for mine, and I still haven’t done a full mineral oil soak yet.
I do put a little Vaseline in the armpits, leg creases, and vaginia from time to time. It helps keep the high stress areas supple, and deters mild growth in the vagina.
Put shoes on her feet, and mittens on her hands until you moving her
Try and hold off buying a bunch of clothes until you can actually measure her. That will save you some money.
Learn how to pick her up and move her. Plus clear a path as well hands and legs grab everything.
That’s what I found from my personal experience, I hope this helps.

Thanks much! I have read several times not to use dish washing soap as in Dawn.JRG wrote: ↑Sun Jul 09, 2023 9:29 pm Hi and welcome. Lots of tutorials out there, some older info doesn’t seem to represent the new blends of tpe. As it is a WM doll, first I’d check to see if she has the manufacture holes in the vagina. These holes will allow fluids to get into the main core of the body, and cause mold, rust, and an early demise to your doll if untreated. Based on that, buy a cheap endoscope, and check the doll thoroughly before doing anything else. If you do notice the holes, you can easily fix them, or use a female condom to not let fluids in there.

It’s all at the digression of the owner. I dilute it, I never use it full strength. It works well at cleaning the gunk off, and I haven’t noticed any issues. That’s why I suggested antibacterial hand soap as well. Doll care is a lot like medicine. It’s theories based on practices, but nothing is ever cut and dry for the most part. The dish soap works for me, but if you don’t want to use it, that’s completely understandable.TannerB1313 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 09, 2023 9:41 pmThanks much! Got it! And all noted! One more question, are female condoms reusable after cleaning?JRG wrote: ↑Sun Jul 09, 2023 9:51 pmIt’s all at the digression of the owner.

Congrats! Can't wait to see pics of your new arrival.
The new TPE dolls by WM don't need any oil treatment. I've had mine for 16 months and her skin is just as fresh now as it was a year ago. Now, 2 years from now will she need to be oiled? IDK...
To clean the doll, I use warm water all over her body with a soft cloth to remove any dust that might be on her skin. Then I lather in some anti-bacterial Dial hand soap all over, and wash it off with another soft wet cloth. Towel dry her off completely, let her stand for about 2 hours, then apply a coating of baby powder. I use a soft makeup brush to rub it in all over her body. I perform this every 30 days and like I said her skin is practically brand new.
I think one of the biggest mistakes everyone makes with a new TPE doll, including myself, is exposing your new doll to dark coloured clothes. So stay away from black bras, panties, fishnet stockings, etc. the first 2 weeks or so. Stick to white or cream or light pink lingerie. I'm not the TPE science expert in the room, but I believe that brand new TPE skin needs some time to "settle in" and get used to the consistent temperature of the room you keep her in, and probably 3 or 4 thorough cleaning/drying/powdering sessions for the oil in her skin to kind of, i guess, "settle in" like I said. I've noticed that now 16 months old her skin is much more resistant to exposure of dark clothes than it was when she was new. That being said I still won't expose her to black or blue garments for more than 30 minutes.
As far as condoms go, you will want to research that some more. I never use them, but I also don't finish inside of my dolls. I think that's asking for trouble. I mean, could you imagine a bunch of TPE babies running around your house? Just kidding. I'm referring to extending the life of your doll by eliminating every possibility of mold. Drying up residual soap/water is one thing, but having to worry about what a giant cumshot deep inside of a TPE vaginal cavity where I can't reach or see if it's completely cleaned up could do? No thanks. My recommendation is that you always pull out of a TPE doll.

No because (unfortunately) the factories and vendors lie about the TPE Plug problem. It's silly really, like automobile manufacturors lieing about gas mileage. We all know the truth, why lie?
Endoscope, mandatory equipment for doll ownership.
ALSO TRY Reverend Jack's Anointed Snake Oil, good for cleansing stains from the body and the Soul! Step right up folks, only $5 a bottle! We got plenty to go around! Cash only please.

Congratulations!!
You've been given excellent advice here. I've had my WM 157B Christen for just over two years, and I wrote a guide that has a few things not yet mentioned here (how to move her, etc.) It's linked in my signature and perhaps it will be helpful to you.

WOW...great write up, I also have coming the 157b WM Doll. I read the whole thing and ordered the XL pantyhose and those fleece socks. I also like the robe idea, but the link you provided for the robe goes to a Target site offering perfume. What robe do you suggest, is there one on Amazon? How is this one in White, size Small...will this work ok?whiterose wrote: ↑Mon Jul 10, 2023 1:21 pmCongratulations!!
