As of this post, details have been finalized and 50% down payment has been made.
Jack and Jessica have been very kind and helpful, making sure to answer all of my questions, and I had plenty.
They were both great to speak to on the phone, and prompt in replying to emails.
I will make more posts here along the process, but don't expect anything but positive results.
