Pretty. I see a lot of version of Powergirl. What is this version called?

That version is from the fighting game Injustice 2. They have realistic models of pretty much all the DC superheroines like Wonder Woman and Power Girl. I think they actually toned down the bustiness of some of these characters compared to the comics, but the faces are spot-on.

Marvel have their own games as well. Spider-Man on PS4 has a great model for Felicia Hardy, for instance.

There are some options, depends on what works better for you. There used to be more stores that advertised PowerGirl costumes on Alibaba and Amazon, now it's mostly individual websites.

Cosrae Cosplay in Suzhou are a bit expensive on a per-unit basis, but I suppose that could be negotiated down if it were a bulk order. They also have a longer production time.

Miccostumes in Chengdu are cheaper, probably because they don't work on a per-order basis and just produce in bulk anyway. Their version is primarily made out of PU leather, but the cape is fabric. They have tons of other costumes as well (I bought a Morrigan Aensland one myself a couple of years ago).

There are other stores like aaacosplay.com and cosplay-ftw.com that advertise it as well, but it's a bit of a mystery how legitimate some of them are. No visiting address and no phone number from what I can tell.
