It all started around the end of February this year, somewhat of an impulse buy, its been such a ‘whirlwind relationship’, that looking back i can’t actually pinpoint what really triggered that impulse to even look at purchasing a doll…
But no matter, within a week of first searching dolls and being amazed at just how realistic they were, i had found Fiona at a local vendor and i was immediately smitten, she just had to be coming home to me, she was in EU stock and the order was made

Just over a week later on a beautifully sunny, but brutally cold day, i was pacing the hall, eagerly awaiting the DHL delivery.
Then she arrived
and i was faced with the first challenge, getting the box upstairs by myself… yep what can i say, as i later read on TDF, many underestimate the weight, but somehow i managed without having to unbox down stairs and carry her up……and here’s how she arrived, almost frozen solid.
