Should I start being concerned?

Mostly likely 1st doll jitters and responses from the vendor had been prompt with emails until now...

Ordered an in-stock at a good price 6 days ago. Emailed customer service that I had forgotten to mention I was TDF member for the extra goodies. They were prompt to respond to that and said it would be shipped out later that day. A day or two later, I follow up as I had not received shipping notification. Have not gotten a reply as of yet.

Now I've been reading some of the problematic reviews on the vendor thread here. Granted seems to be as many positive ones as well. Also noticed price on the model I ordered suddenly increased.

Mostly excitement and jitters on my end I'm sure

Give it another 5 business days before you start worrying, but keep trying to contact them in the meantime. I would also contact their TDF account via PM.

Additional emails were sent and they did respond with shipping & tracking. So yay, she'll arrive in a week!

I've been talking to them about getting a 100cm body for the extra head I got last year. About 3 days between responses. I think they're just really busy. Or not very busy, and it's a part time side gig.

She finally arrived. Took a little obnoxious persistence on my part but they would finally come through. Very happy customer and 1st time doll owner!
