Hasn't been hacked. TDF has forgotten to pay to renew their SSL (I believe it expires around every 24 months).

Ideally SSL should be set to auto-renew with whoever TDF's host is.

BUT, until they do...NOTHING on this site right now is encrypted so be aware of that.
