From what I've gathered in my many years here in TDF's Teddy Babe sub-forum, is that Teddy Babe heads aren't just full of poly-fill; there are also a few "anchoring" or "tension" threads that crisscross inside, with some down by the chin. Some oral sleeve would have to displace these important threads, which would end up distorting or collapsing some other part(s) of the head in the process. And that would be sad.

So, no, I don't think anyone has managed a successful oral customization. If you've just got to have it with a TB, then the Ultra model is the only way to go.

They actually have models that they claim have oral and anal but I WOULD NOT get it for either. Don’t get me wrong, TB’s are great for other reasons. But they CLEARLY do not test them out on actual humans. The “silicone” is as tough as tires and even if there was a fountain of lube running through the doll’s mouth or anal holes (the latter is ridiculously small as well) both would still be too tough.
