Dollman has done it again!

So, I've been experimenting with dyeing and sculpting...

These are TWO different dolls with two different bodies BUT both 'had' the same exact body style and color. I dyed one of them darker and also removed the ugly 'six pack'.

Come on, spill it, how did you do it? Did you sculpt the Sixpack off from the inside or outside?
How did you color the skin darker? I need to do the same and your result looks AMAZING.
And how did you restore/retain the skin texture to avoid the glossy /melted look?

I'm planning a YT video for the channel that will show how I did it. I've just been catching up on things with my own dolls before I take on any video projects. I had some medical, financial and personal setbacks that really threw things into a whirlwind. Just starting to get back to normal, sort of.

To be honest, doll manufacturers would do well to hire me and Muesky as consultants.LOL. I wish she and I lived closer to each other cause we could totally open up our own doll shop!

The muscles some dolls really bother me because they'll be built like waifish twigs but have huge disproportionate six packs. My own dolls six pack has always been a bit of a turn off, I like that his chest is big but I could really do without the stomach beefiness.

Just a little update. I apologize for the delay on updates. I recently redecorated my living room (you'll see in the video) but injured my back in the process. Its almost completely better and when that happens I plan to resume my videos. I just wanted to make some room for my craft/workstation. That and I've also had lots of other things going on. Once I finish the re-organizing, I'll be doing the updates. Provided nothing else comes up, lol.This summer has just been one thing after the other. I'm hoping once September hits, things will slow down again.

I am very sorry to hear that you hurt your back again. You sound just like me, constantly re-arranging rooms, LOL. It's good to see you again, I wish you a speedy recovery! Have them boys take care of you.
