Is my doll ok? Please Help!!!

Post by Chaoticrealm »

I noticed my sexdoll has some white spots on it. I clean it after every use with water and soap and always use powder afterwards but I think i may have used too much as a result of all the white spots. Will my doll still be ok?

I'm also curious about what's happening here. Are you diluting the soap at all? And what kind of soap are you using? Is it at TPE or silicone doll?

One guess is you're using a soap or concentration of soap that's too rough on the TPE and causing it to dry out.

It looks like the tpe is getting dried out. An oil treatment could help.

I use regular soap that I bathe with. Is that bad? Also the doll is TPE

its tpe rub outs .its when the tpe gets to much attention getting rubbed with blankets ,cloth changing and so on. ,it tends to thin thread ,then baby powder shows the affects . but i'll be fine.

More than a few owners use a diluted liquid soap, 1 part soap to 5 parts water, for washing their TPE dolls
Mineral oil on the body is ok with restoring TPE
However it is very easy to overload the thin parts with oil, fingers, ears, toes, and cause degradation, a light smear of Vaseline as required will keep those parts looking good :)

I have had no bad experiences with vaseline hurting a doll. That said its better to try a small light coating in a test area first to see if it helps. I have learned the best way to go with dolls is slowly, a little at a time and have a lot of patience.

Apparently not. This problem is extremely serious.

It has got so bad that the upper half of the body and the legs of your doll have completely disappeared.
