As far as this allum person goes, I never went through him but Lucky was always pretty quick to respond. If there was some confusion about something it seemed like it took time behind the scenes for her to straighten things out but she did right by me. So I dunno if it's too late to switch over to working with her but maybe that would help. Good luck!

HiDoll, Zelex, AXB, Doll Castle
I don't see anything special at this shipping box but if the doll is fine all ok.
At last if copy or not, whatever others are saying this doll was designed and initialized from Hidoll and manufactured by AXB.
If all those dolls are manufactured by AXB, we should choose seller by lowest price

Concerning connection. If I knew problems that I will get, connecting with Allum, for sure I would search for contacts of Lucky before I make an order. If the face is the same as on advertise photos, obviously, great role plays combination of face\wig. When I ordered the doll I asked if they have advertise face\wig. And the answer was "yes". But when the doll was ready, they wrote me, that they did not have such a wig I wanted. If they hadn't mislead me about it, I would choose another head.
But the most strange thing happened later. I wrote them "Ok, put different wigs you have on her head and take photos and I will choose." The answer was ok. After it Allum disappeared as usually and when he appeared again he wrote me that he was very sorry, but they had already packed the doll and put 2 wigs.
It will be very funny if one of two wigs will be the one on photo (about which I wrote that I DO NOT like it at all)
