I purchased an in-stock (in USA) YL141 from them the end of 2020 and received it in Canada in no more than a week. Order was pretty straight forward, absolutely no complaints.

Thanks for the reply. i'm afraid what I'm wanting is not an in-stock, but I'm working with Joyce from OR Doll to make something happen.
