156cm #17
On a positive, note: The remainder of the doll is beautiful. I would like to see this head available with the open and shut mouth feature. If you go for this head for your doll I do recommend you research make up and eye color/shape combinations. The combo pictured here is what appealed to me the most. It is definitely better than that dreadful purple eye shadow featured on some of the galleries I've seen that feature this head.
So without further delay, here is my 156cm with head #17. Her name is Goodbottom.
Enjoy!

Re: 156cm #17
I received a doll that was basically new, but from 2019 made by Sanhui last year, and have the same problem with the knees. There was supposed to have been improvements made with the skeleton since then...
Regardless she is quite beautiful, she has a great figure to match her lovely face. I like the bow you put in her hair
Re: 156cm #17
Thanks for sharing both the good and bad about her. It's interesting to hear that every doll of your has had loose knees and ankles. I prefer loose-jointed dolls myself, but I have two tight-jointed girls (Elsa Babe and CST), and both have firm knee and ankle joints. It would be nice to have joint-tightness standards across the industry for manufacturers to calibrate their skeletons to. It looks like you can get your girl to stand up, though, so that's good.
Her body looks nice and well-sculpted, even without the back dimples. I particularly like the contours of her iliac crest. Nice lips on head 17, too.
Enjoy Ms. Goodbottom, 007!

Yeah, it makes it kinda difficult for photographing in detailed poses and such. So I have yet another one just for use in the sack only. My OR dolls joints lasted long enough for me to get some great poses in pictures, but that was all. One photo session, then kaput.Doll Canvas wrote:She has a beautiful face, I don't think I have seen head #17 before.

I have always loved the 17, but the example on the Sanhui website sucks. You can't even see her face. I have tried to get them to change this, but they won't, so most people do not know the hidden treasure that is the #17 head.

Hi, J. Well, she is standing leaning up against a table behind her and another piece of furniture on her right side. These standing photos are more lean-to photos. You can sort of see the back dimples I pressed into her, but it's not as good as sculpted ones would be. I would've said something to Sanhui when they sent the factory photos to me, but I just thought maybe it was poor lighting causing them to not show up. If the 156 doesn't have these, then they should really take down the photos from their website that feature these on their dolls. I am sure they won't do that, either. I agree, though, about the calibrated joints. For sex, it really doesn't matter to some people, but for photography, it's kinda important when you don't have all the equipment in your studio to stand them up with. I didn't use my studio for these photos. The doll, although lovely, just won't work for me in the studio. Thanks for the compliment on Good B. 17 has always been my favorite.

Ha Ha! Just saw this reference. Gotta love them Bond girl names. This was Teri Hatcher Lois Lane's dream where she was Miss Goodbottom in "The Spy Who Left Me," according to Wikipedia. I also like to give them food names like Dumpling, one of my OR T150 dolls.Jonathan- wrote:Enjoy Ms. Goodbottom, 007!

Hi Monoloco. As of now, I'm not sure. My issue could just be a fluke. It's my first Sanhui Doll. I do, however, have another doll, a TPE doll, with textured skin that is better than what I have in this doll. Either way, the textured skin, IMO, doesn't do much to enhance the doll. All it really adds is a little visual aesthetic. The price for the feature isn't that bad, although it came standard on my other textured doll, so I thought I'd try it out. The body just isn't consistently "textured" all over. You can feel when it goes from the non textured areas to the textured spots. It makes the doll feel slightly rashy, if you get my meaning. I don't usually go in for extra features a company offers. Usually, they're too good to be true. But I'd read so many posts on here praising Sanhui for this feature that I gave it a try. All I can tell you is that, personally, I'm not impressed. I still enjoy the doll, though, with or without texture, so that might tell you something.Monoloco wrote:she looks very nice bro, do you recommend the texturized skin?

Thats true, its not expensive. Im nterested in the same body you buy but everytime I have to move my wm 140 to the bathtub my back is telling me to buy the 145 soI still have doubts deciding. Thanx for sharing your experience with sanhui bro.wynncamp52 wrote:Hi Monoloco. As of now, I'm not sure. My issue could just be a fluke. It's my first Sanhui Doll. Thanks, swivelthumb! You should know, though, if you like bigger noses, that her nose only looks big in the photos. It isn't really that big in person.swivelthumb wrote:Looks great. I like the full lips and bigger nose.
