For some faces a time of adaptation is necessary to get used to the T&T. I always recommend using my accessories as soon as possible (ideally as soon as the doll arrives) because if you get too used to the original face it can be difficult to modify it afterwards.

Also when the original TPE teeth (if there are any) are too prominent they must be removed to make room for the T&T set.

I trimmed the teeth a bit in Nikki's mouth but it did not take a huge amount of trimming to get them to set in naturally to look right

It should. Sadly I don't have an Irontech soft silicone head so I can't guarantee it.

I just received my set of teeth, and finally, my babe looks like she should have looked from the start, because the promotion photos from WM Doll were made with teeth inserts, and I was wrongfully expecting to get them with my order. Looks just like the pictures now, I'm very happy!
