After the little ones know that the castle is not meant for them, they want to have something of their own.
Lucie and Ysabelle went out to buy a plot of land.

The Minxes have something suitable in a quiet location. They come to an agreement and make the deal.

They agree that the Minxes will prepare the land so that the little ones can start building directly.

The plot is there, now they still need bricks to build walls.
They can buy them at Dollys__Dolls, where they will also find something suitable.

Henry helps to load the stones. Will they be able to persuade BOOF to help?

They can unload on their own, but there's plenty else to do.

Now they are in the process of creating a blueprint to fit everything that needs to go in the house.
Bernadette has agreed to persuade BOOF to help.

The Minxes have offered to build it turnkey, but the Pixies don't trust them. They would rather build it themselves.

There will always be little subplots in other threads (Gizem's nice kittens or 1/12 Vampirella). There it is also worth to have a look.

Today is the handover of the plot to the Pixies. The Minxes have leveled the plot and set the foundations.

This will be the front door. Be careful not to trip, the Minxes did not make the ground as smooth as we thought.

The little ones need to stick Boof's hand in a bowl of warm water while he is sleeping. Then whatever other tricks they can think of until he starts helping with the heavy lifting. That fork lift is not gonna be able to reach all areas of construction.
