Yes, it will fit, it's stretchy material. The notes say from XS to L, the 173H is more a small/med clothing doll.

Most small size bottoms will fit very nicely, but only after you succeed in getting them pulled above her huge ass. Keeping her clean and very well powdered always helps to slide tight clothes onto her. Best visual effects/satisfaction comes from small sizes though.

Medium is easier to get onto her, but there is usually gaps and loose bits around her waist/tummy.
