She looks very lifelike, I used to know a girl that looked just like her, she's very pretty.

Update time .

So a new girl named Brandy will be joining the ranks either tomorrow or Wednesday .
The excitement is setting in lol.
I will keep you all posted .

The strobe trigger issues ...
I am not totally sure yet but when I do the next shoot I have some test to do in order
to try and narrow down or even pin point what is causing it..
Everything starts out fine and about half way into the shoot my trigger just stops.
Then I have no strobe lol.
I have been using the hotshoe on my camera and if it stops working again I have a small short
cable I will run down to the sync port and see if it starts working again.
My camera has a special detachable view finder with hotshoe on top.
I hope its not the viewfinder because those are 400 bucks .
But I also ordered another flash system that I will talk about latter ..
Its kinda like what is called a speed light..
But its made to look and work like old flash bulb type flash systems with the dish that you
open up .
Very vintage looking but uses modern electronics and strobe bulb instead of bulbs you have
to replace after each shot lol..

This will allow me to do more candid shots of the girls for randomly posting between my larger
photo shoots .
The longest parts of doing photo shoots is setting everything up and the lighting so having something
like this around will be great for just taking a quick snap shot of something or random head shots and
stuff to post here .
Also I love nature photography on both vintage film cameras and my digital cameras.
This new flash will look great on my vintage film cameras as well so its gonna get some use .

Ok so that's the news for now.
I will keep everyone posted on the new girls status and how that pans out .

I can sympathize with the hassle of setting everything up for a shoot. It seems like every time I need to adjust a stand or a light I have to move three other things out of the way. Unfortunately, I live in an old house with small rooms and only one electrical outlet per room which means running extension cords everywhere. So, I end up tripping over wires and backing into walls and furniture. Thank goodness I have a 20mm lens with minimal distortion or I'd never get a full body view.

Sounds like here but I do have many outlets in each room lol.
I struggled bad with my crop sensor camera with my 50mm.
I ended up buying a couple of pretty nice used zoom lenses
and that helped a LOT.
Yeah you lose a bit of sharpness at different zoom ranges as
they are not quite as sharp threw the entire zoom range.
A prime lens is fixed so they tend to be sharper .

I will let you know how this flash works out.

Ok update...
So Brandy is here .
She is a "Real Lady" model made by Irontech.
She is a bit on the heavy side but other then that she is quite nice.
The silicone is nice and soft and her seams where very well done.
The packaging from Irontech is amazing lol..
So...
I hope tomorrow to do a small photo shoot and get a couple of candid shots
of Brandy sitting on the bed and start taking pics of her body parts lol..
I like to do reviews of the girls so taking my time to get to know her and pose her
and move her around .
This will also allow me to get a decent amount of pictures for the review
She can not stand yet as I have carpet in my house and even with standing feet with pegs
as I ordered it is still not good on carpet as they sink in and compress the silicone on the bottoms
of the feet..
So in about a week I plan on going to the real world (Yeah leaving my house lol) and go shopping
for tennis shoes for her .
After she gets her own dedicated shoes I can try and get her standing up and do some standing poses
with her as well .

So if all goes well I should have a couple of photos of her to post here in the next day or two

I have been quite surprised with there newer dolls

Ok so today I taught Brandy how to model for some pictures..
She was a bit shy but warmed up to the camera pretty fast..
Here is Brandy's very first photo shoot..
