Ice cream on a Summer day

TaeYeon made a post with SooYoung the other day where they tried some Ben & Jerry's ice cream on recommendation from Kevin and Jenny, and in the post he mentioned that he likes a ice cream called Samanco. I became curious about it, as I have a bit of a sweet tooth and like trying desserts from different parts of the world. So, I took a trip to my nearest H Mart (a Korean grocery store), and found some Samanco! I picked up the strawberry and red bean flavors.

They're a type of ice cream bar encased in a fish-shaped ice cream cone type of covering.

It's times like these that Yvette wishes she had finger wires so she can hold things better, haha.

She liked it, and appreciated having something to cool her down on a warm day. Being the tiny thing she is, she was pretty full afterward, too.

It tried the red bean flavor, and I think have the opposite feeling that TaeYeon had about the Ben & Jerry's: he felt that it was a bit too sweet for him, while I with my sugary American taste feel that the red bean flavor is good, but a bit plain and not as sweet as I would like!

I like the concept of an ice cream bar wrapped in this ice cream cone type of coating, and will try out some of their other flavors in the future. Thanks for the idea, TaeYeon!

Yeah, they thankfully don't actually taste like fish, so they're not bad haha. I think I'd still prefer a bowl of vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup drizzled on top for dessert, but these Samanco bars are good as a simple, sweet snack.

I am very happy to share experience with my friends and that you can taste Samanco ice-cream also!
Yvette looks so cute munching sweet fish!

Thanks, everyone! I'm glad you all like her pictures. It was fun to try some new food, and to include Yvette in the experience to make it even better. Glad you liker her clothes, too. Her outfits always have a certain style that she likes. She enjoys clothes that make her feel pretty and feminine.

Dreaming of the Mediterranean

Yvette was watching a travel show today, and was so enthralled by the scenes of mediterranean shores that she laid herself on the couch, imagining that she was sunbathing on a Grecian beach.
