Great effects! Good eye for shots. It's hard to shoot dark scenes well. I used a vape for smoke effects in the scene where the girls start the beetle they just restored.
Keep shooting these are awesome.

Lovely artwork, I like that! But unfortunately there's no way I'd be able to make costume like that...

Thanks! During my experiments I tried many lighting effects, that was interesting experience. Most of these pictures were made past year. I hope I can put my hands on 102cm doll soon for another series of photo experiments, since bigger size doll can offer different challenges. I like to learn new stuff in photography.

Next pics shot on black background made of stretch fabric. This type of fabric useful for smooth looking surface since it don't crease and don't need to be ironed. This is really important when shooting with speedlites: any creases is highly noticeable on regular fabric or paper since it cast shadows.

Which of the Phicen models is she, I have an idea but there's quite a variety? Wondered about the head model too.

This is S24A body with head from Super Duck (SDDX01-B).

Any gamers here? Maybe some of you remember an old stealth action game "Hitman: Blood Money"? Years ago I saw this concept art for the game and I was impressed by this character design.

Sexy, yet deadly girl! I even tried to find local models who would agree to dress like that but no luck, oh well. So I tried to dress Molly like that. But she's a brunette and I didn't had white hair for her so... I decided to make this photoshoot completely different.

I don't remember which lighting modifiers I used back then, but probably it was simple diffusor for main speedlite and self-made hood from baking foil for second speedlite to control light spread. It's kinda like a lens hood but for flash. As background here I used same black stretch fabric from previous shoot. Also I sewn these straps on Molly's body from same fabric. Wings are made of black paper.

Those kind of characters really suit her toned physique, nice, that's 20 to 22, does that mean there are another 19 shots in this set?

She looks better than the game character. I have also had the fantasy of recreating characters from Heroes of the Might and Magic. But then I was too lazy.

I just named all files in order for this topic, from early beginning of my experiments.

Yes, I made it myself. Thick black paper, double-sided tape and sewing string.

These pictures was taken different days but I merged them in one set.
For this shot I used one light setup. Same stretch fabric but I also added white piece. That was inspired mostly by renaissance paintings, but I was too lazy to make background.

Amazing photos.

I think i am to old to learn about ISO, F-stop and all the other stuff. I just point and click. then change auto settings and point and click again. Then I delete the really bad pictures
