Did you manage to get any kind of clear guidelines from the judge and BF over which specific aspects of a doll are considered to be illegal and which are legal?

I have listened to you on a couple of podcasts and I would say your IQ is probably at least 100 points greater than any of these clowns in the government.

It took serious guts to go and fight them like you did. Very few people would stand up and do that.

It is good to hear from everyone, and so much support.
Would everyone support my effort to create a community position to support all those who may find themselves on the wrong side of the law, and need some assistance?

Would people subscribe to a GoFundMe or dedidicated body where we look after doll owners with a monthly subscription fee?
I would love to set this up, as we all know that Border Force are less than keen to go up against me, and mine.

Having suggested this in the past I'd be pleased to see something like it set up. The very existence of such a fund could act as a deterrent to BF.

Hi Phil,

As someone who's had a perfectly decent doll seized and destroyed by UKBF and seen another vendor go under because they didn't have the resources to fight the system, I'd be happy to add some funds to the cause.

Even if I'd not had that experience, I'd still contribute to the cause as what UKBF is doing is despicable - they want to ruin the lives of people who've done no harm to anyone in their life, just because someone disapproves of their choice of private toy.

Amazing result Phil. Thank you so much for fighting the good fight. My question is how can this be taken further? How can we get solid guidance in front of UKBF rather than some vague "childlike" description which will differ wildly from person to person.

It frustrates me in particular that small breasts (e.g. B cup) are automatically seen as a non-adult feature when the worldwide average for women's breasts is a B - varies by country but the average is just below B. 150cm height is a bit below the average, but not unreasonable. Not worth ruining somebody's life over just because you happen to encounter some UKBF person who has a personal dislike of your hobby.

Sounds like it. Mine was in customs and has never left. its been nearly 2 months. UPS Says its lost, customs says it was sitting in their warehouse. now its just MIA.
