I was told last week I'd get the tracking number,then an incident came up & got delayed for today,now todayyyy I've gotten delayed again saying my doll would be shipping from China when clearly this deal was for a doll in the USA,it's been longer than just "a few days" & at this point I just want my refund!

Hello, I apologize. The money has been already refunded. I'm sorry that you had to wait for info so many days, but we trusted that what the shipping company tells us is true. Figures they weren't sure themselves. Of course we didn't plan to send a doll from China, but my boss offered this option because of the current situation. You were of course entitled to refuse.
Our shipping agent assured us that the dolls will arrive in Texas at the beginning of March, but unfortunately because of covid there was a delay. We heard the dolls will be in Texas within 2 days, but we aren't sure. We will keep you all updated. I'll write info once the dolls will be in USA.
