New pictures of Nanako 2.0

I really love your latest picture of Nanako wearing her latest sumptuous garment and sword.
The little black fox is a nice addition and adds a lot of questions.
Is the fox guarding and protecting Nanako, or the other way around? Are they both on a magical quest?

It would be great to see Nanako in a series of pictures that tell a story. Maybe Nanako on a quest or journey or rescuing somebody?
Creating or finding suitable backgrounds would be a challenge in itself. The latest AI programs may be a help with that.

I've though about doing a series of photos for about five minutes, Then gave up. The amount of work that
goes into each of these photos is difficult to calculate, but far more than I have available, believe me.
That's why I scattered those few hints into it. To, at least, get it viewer wondering what the heck was going
on. Seriously, though I don't even know myself. I just left it like the cover of a book (with a few hints here and
there - along with a red herring, perhaps.) Thanks for the much appreciated comments and ideas.

I did not know about Nanako 1 doll. It is sad her body was tired and injured >.<
Yes, when Nanako 3 gave first visit, I was confused by name... but all was clear soon^^
Moderator can change name as you wish if it is giving worries. But I like name too!
And I think Nanako is so pretty in Chinese dress with pointy bamboo hat!
Blue and white is very nice colors together.

Thanks for sharing this. It's a shame that so few people (i.e. the hundreds of lurkers who never post) have bothered to read it.

The start of your journey with the Nanako's is not unlike my own. Before Celia (and before I had discovered TDF), there was Lily. I found her on Amazon and fell in love with her sweet face. I too hesitated for weeks before finally pulling the trigger and completing what up to that time was my largest ever on-line purchase. I nervously awaited for her arrival, and during that wait I found TDF. It was then that I discovered that my 153cm Lily was a knockoff of the WM #85 face (sound familiar?). And then the worry began. Would she even look like her Amazon photos? Had I been ripped off and what would I actually receive? Fortunately she did arrive, and she did look pretty much like her photos. But alas, like your Nanako 1, all was not smooth sailing. Her TPE skin was not soft, the skeleton was very low quality with wire wrists and ankles, and her joints were incredibly tight, took a lot of force to move, and creaked incredibly loudly. The inevitable happened after just a few short weeks. Her spine snapped in half while trying to move her legs.

Fortunately, I did get my money back, and now much better informed thanks to this community, I put the money towards the purchase of Celia's original body from a trusted vendor here on TDF.

BTW, this is an incredible piece of photographic art ...

Saturday: 2024-2-02 - Honfu, bonus Photo

Here is a matching photo from last week's hanfu post.
Not nearly as elegant, but a bit more pastorale, for
certain.

After having completed the last pair of phtoos, it occurred
to me that it might be nice to take a similar, "Grande" portraites
in a similar style, of her in all the yukata and hanfu she currently
owns. There are two hanfu, and, I believe somewhere between
six and eight yukata. Oh, and a few odds and ends. but not sure
what to do with them. I think it is a project that would take months.

I like new bonus picture on Nanako. I am happy it is found^^
Nanako has so pretty red lips, dark hairs and hair flowers I think!
I also like her dress with interesting mountain picture and fan.
And I like her eyelashees, picture is so sharp^^
