I saw on this tab forum you can rent dolls. Is this true?

There have been and probably are a few doll rentals. But it seems to be a difficult business, so right now there is not a doll rental among the TDF listed sellers.

There are at least 5 "Doll Brothels" in Canada, 2 in Toronto, although they are all closed for the duration of the pandemic. The only difficulty one of them was having was with "zoning restrictions", AKA prudish neighbours getting traction with municipal authorities.

There were also doll rental delivery services, in Vancouver and Calgary, I don't know if they ceased operation under Covid protocols or not.

What is "Tab Forum"? Is Tab a place?

I was hoping to find a doll rental place as well. It's something I really want to try but no way could have in my small place. I couldn't afford one of the good ones either. I think it's just a matter of time before the doll "brothels' will pop up everywhere but it would be great if there was a forum for people who are willing to let someone spend some time with their doll. Or a doll threesome? Like swinging with dolls. I've done it with people so there has to be someone in the NYC area that would be into this...

I don't think that the doll brothel/rental business model will ever take off. I think it'll be cost prohibitive because the cost of buying and maintaining a bevy of dolls will likely offset the potential profits. Case in point... car seat blowjob in Vegas, 20 to 100 bucks. Girlfriend experience with a pornstar moonlighting at the Bunny Ranch in Carson City, $1500 to $5000. A doll that you can fuck for years? $2000. My math is on the doll with a single owner.

I probably have a simplistic aoporoach but if you had 2 dolls to start. In the beginning it would be in demand, so mabye 4 visitors a day for each doll a few days a week. Hire someone to sanitize between sessions. Maybe $75 an hour, it seems like the dolls could pay for themselves pretty quickly. Maybe offer high end drop off service.
like it will happen here soon. Seems to be working LA and Canada.
But more importantly how am I going to hook up with a doll and her boyfriend for the threeway?

The two Toronto doll brothels were thriving when the pandemic hit, and although they remain closed for now, I think their business models are sound. Many of their clients, like myself, can't have a doll at home and don't want to see sex workers, for whatever reason.

Also, as I've mentioned elsewhere, there are STD's and other biological things that CANNOT be washed from a human with soap. Virus's get inside cells. Scabies under skin. Etc.

TPE and silicon may be washed thoroughly, and such organisms will not grow in these materials.

This company may be renting in Toronto? Not sure, their website is from 2017, and it doesn't say anything about the pandemic. Does anyone know if they are operating?

The rates they're offering don't seem sustainable... 200 to 250 per hour is just too much. Buying a doll for even 1k would pay for only 5 hours with any doll they offer. Certainly not worth it for a prolonged stint...

Doll brothels probably not a profitable endeavor after all the expenses like mentioned. I think a brother in a caddy with a felt hat and matching coat could make a fortune if he could get his hands on some used and slightly broken dolls. Spent a few coins on makeup and dressing them up in skimpy clothing. Then all he have to do is escort these tramps around in his caddy collecting money before he lets you take them inside. Ha ha well that's some funny "pimpin" comedy buy I think the ones in Toronto (and elsewhere) are legit, legal and profitable. They had some zoning by-law issues, but I believe they'll be back post-pandemic. Ontario is still under lockdown for now.
