Agree A. Arms are good. In the smaller photo on the right, it appears the nipples are lower than the larger, center photo. It's good!

A - Is the most visually pleasing, but as a true Torso Aficionado I would say D because to me the arms get in the way of cuddling and of course as mentioned before stumps should be rounded..
