They ‘SANHUI’ sanhuiofficial.com did absolutely nothing to rectify the faulty piece of crap Doll they sent me. It’s unusable . What a rip off over $3000 down the drain. My advise -Don’t use this company

Everything was wrong with it.
I Opened the box started unwrapping.. WTF !! I couldn’t believe what I was seeing- The Arm, hand and Toes had this sharp wire stuff Piercing out through the skin. One of the arms had a 6cm cut. All the skin around the neck joint was torn. But the worst was yet to come. When I put the head on I it wouldn’t stay upright it kept dropping down. When I looked carefully I noticed that her neck was broken. There’s more but I won’t bore you with the details haha

That’s why I’m glad i never went with them in the end, was hearing too many problems, plus seeing how they messed people over in regards to replacements

While a broken neck could be attributed to really bad transport conditions (as also seen with other manufacturers), I do not see how the other "injuries" could have happen during transport.
Yes, it really is a pity. Their dolls are really beautiful. Their customer service is a mess, to say the least, their "Warranty", as published on their web site, is a joke - and not a good one either. We had better warranty in Germany a whole century ago. Hopefully, other manufacturers are catching up with beautiful silicone ladies.

Yes... the ironic thing about it was I saw their ad on here so checked to see if (TDF) had them listed as safe so I thought they were a trustworthy company cause TDF wouldn’t promote dodgy companies. sometimes I wish I wasn’t a member here because I wouldn’t of got ripped off with that doll. But in the end it’s my fault I made the decision to Bye it so the blame is on me. $3,000 PayPal actually approved the return of the doll back to them but because they lied and wrote a lesser value on the receipt it wasn’t worth paying the return cost of $978 when the I would’ve only got 100 or 200 back after paying for the return
