My Sanhui 158 review

It's been a month since I received her and here I am to share my experience with my doll-picking journey~

1. The reason why I want to buy a doll.
It all started last October when I was trying to find the best fleshlight texture and I googled fleshlight many times. There was one time when Realdoll shows up in the related search and I took a peek at it. Suddenly it feels like fleshlights are nothing compared to those lively dolls. I could not easily fall asleep at night because I couldn't help thinking about them. I told myself at that time that Realdolls are very expensive to me (which is true for me since 6k is basically what I am able to earn for two months) and I stopped thinking about it for a while.
2. My initial experience
Later on I found that there are actually many manufacturers apart from Realdoll all over the world and especially in China. Being an Asian myself, I can speak that language so that I started a search about that and found many, many vendors. Some seemed to be a bit shady and some seemed to have decent websites. There are all kinds of cheap dolls on aliexpress which are so fake but there are also many bloggers claiming that people should be aware of those obvious scams (They typically say: "don't buy from those websites and I trust me for my recommendation, buy from here!")while they have their own shops which makes it very sketchy as well. While I put my faith in big name companies like Realdoll, I do not fully trust the vendors with all kinds of names with dolls whose pictures might be stolen from other places. I have two choices: either wait for the 20% Realdoll Classic which is about 3.2k, or look for a trustworthy vendor that sells a doll made in China. So the way I deal with the trustworthyness of the vendors is this: I assume that the good manufacturers sell their doll both to the international market and domestic market. I was unable to find useful information in English, why don't I test out my Chinese skills? So I looked for these vendors' shops on Taobao, which is the supposed to be a popular place for their domestic shops. Then I tried to links different types of dolls with their brand names and characteristics (material, size, style). In this way I found a few famous doll makers like Jinsan(they produce WM I believe and WM seems to mean "sell to international market" in Chinese)/JY/6Ye etc...... (Mostly TPE doll makers since I was not really sure if I should get a TPE doll or Silicone doll at that time) And they offered me really competitive prices like 1.2-1.5k for a TPE doll. (Of course excluding shipping/custom fees which could go up a a few hundred bucks) But I did not make the move since I was in fear of potential situations where they send out fake dolls which are too "small" and too "young" and that could probably get me into trouble (that is why I did not consider dolls under 150cm).
3. Finding this forum
Earlier this year I found this forum and I had a feeling like this place is trustworthy, for the most part. My temptation to buy a doll started to overwhelm me again and I decided to go for it this time. Initially, I thought a removable vagina is the most important thing since I did not want to bath her everytime so I did not really looked into Sanhui products. I was really inclined to buy a sex robot (apparently a TPE doll since silicone is too dense for that) but later I started to think about all the potential drawbacks of TPE (oily, hard to clean, porous, giving smells...). Eventually I stick to silicone.
4. Why I choose Sanhui
There are actually a few Chinese manufacturers dedicated to silicone dolls. Apart from Sanhui there are EX/DS/Sino/GYNOID etc and I had a look into most of them. To be honest, Sanhui dolls aren't the most pretty ones (Well GYNOID dolls are really fancy from their looks) However, Sanhui dolls have decent price s(Half the price compared to DS/GYNOID) while the quality is said to be pretty good (I could not confirm this at that point). From a practical point of view, Sanhui is a solid choice.
5. Why 158?
I said that I definitely want a doll to be >150cm since I do not want her to be kid-like. Deciding between bodies over 156cm was pretty simple for me: The biggest boob while having the same price is my choice (Yeah it is that simple).
6. Buying and shipping (before I got her)
I bought her near the end of January. At that time I was hoping that I could get her in mid-Feburary. However, due to the whole corona thing, manufacturing is delayed so she was finished in late Feb and shipping a few days after that. Shipping was also a painful process since she would have to go on multiple trips: First from China to Japan, then to Hawaii... Then California, NY and New England.... That was two entire weeks... I cannot blame anyone I guess since I was able to get it before things get serious in the US. I really hope that the world would go back to normal asap.
Mike has always been very responsive to my questions and I harassed him many, many times and he was patient enough to answer all of them. Nice for him!
7. The real review
First, I have to say my gym sessions finally show their use in real life. The box was really heavy. (Much heavier than the doll body for sure since it includes the head and other stuff.) The doorman asked me what it was and I said: portable bed frame (what a poor answer...)
She was protected in multiple foam layers so she did not have any obvious scratch on her body even for two weeks of long travel through the world.
Then I started to appreciate why silicone dolls are superior than TPE in my opinion. I had some TPE masturbators in the past and they have smells like mineral oil. They also get oily very quickly and I have to say that I hate that feeling. The worst nightmare is that them can grow mold even if I washed/cleaned them thoroughly every time I use them since they are porous. I can soak these masturbators in water and wash them everything I use them but I cannot do that to my doll. (well you can but you really need to be that diligent about it...)
And this doll has no smell and she feels not oily at all, which is great. Maintainence is super easy: Use female condoms and lube the inside/outside. Use paper towel to wipe out the remaining lube and that's it. (Oh I must be too lazy about it.)

She is very flexible since I got the flexi edition although her joints are a bit stiff initially. I believe that's normal. However I did not find many other ways to have sex other than missionary... Her vagina is way too tight when her legs are close so I have to separate them. (So missionay is the easiest way, right?)
Oral is, well, not recommended since her oral length is only 4' and I don't like the feeling of not being able to insert completely into it. (it also feels a bit weird and it can also damage the head potentially if you are using it carelessly). So I guess using her lower body is the correct way?
I do want to complain a bit about her vaginal orifice which is way too different from a real one. Can Sanhui add this feature in the future? A real orifice would be a turn-on for many people.

Overall: It is definitely a good product. I don't know if I should use the word "great" since I would reserve that word for a doll with similar quality and interactivity (Definitely not possible at the moment. I'm spending time to install a sensor for her to detect my motion and generate moaning sounds at the moment. Ah bluetooth projects are SOOOO hard... I cry every time:(

Good review.
The 158's are very nice looking. Love the body style of them.
If I ever got a Sanhui again, I would go 158 or 168.

You should try banging her raw dog at some point. Sanhui ladies have so much texture in their vaginas, you have to be missing out using rubbers. The sex can be mind blowing!

Please post photos of her. Would love to see.....

Yes, and I think it is worth it. It is actually not just soft vagina, but soft belly as well.
I wonder what these implant gels are because it reminds me of the feeling of TPE toys. (In other words, these parts are as soft as TPE with a silicone surface at least, which is pretty good.)

I think rubber does kill half of the experience unfortunately. Although she does not have a very realistic looking orifice, the vaginal canal has some interesting textures. Although I had raw sex with her accidentally when I poked through a few rubber and it felt really great, taking her to the shower is too much of a hassle for me. (Ah I'm so lazy so that silicone is the only correct choice to me)

I don't know, man... when I shag my dolls, I put my mouth all over them (I can't stand porn videos in which the guys just keep his distance and bang), so afterward, I carry them to the bathroom and give them a quick shower (sometimes with soft soap if i'm motivated)… DON'T LET WATER GET INTO THE NECK CONNECTION... IF AIO BODY (like all Piper tpe dolls and some silicone dolls), DON'T LET WATER GET INTO EYES, OR THE HOLE ON TOP OF THE HEAD FOR HANGING HOOK... I supposed you can wipe them off with a wet towel, or disinfected wipes... but a shower is just easier, to me anyway... then clean out their tunnels (or do that first)… super easy when they are standing like that.

I find wipes a lot easier than a trip to the shower for full body cleaning.
I either use lysol wipes or these here for that.

For places without the soft option (I mean breast/belly in my case), the silicone can be a little bit hard. It is still very elastic and soft, but not to the extent of real human. If you compare it with masturbators, it is harder than fleshlights, for example.
Another general principle is: Body parts with thicker silicone layer feels softer than skinny parts. An example would be legs vs arms.

For places with the soft gel injection, the feeling is similar to TPE materials without the leaking oil.

I did not get the soft butt because I store her mainly in a sitting position and I fear that the soft butt would degrade over time. If you store it in other ways (lying in bed, standing...), you will probably be fine with it.
