Kaley 2.0 164D N24

So hear we go again! I just got some factory pics from Jeff at BCD today of my new doll, a 6YE 164D N24 this is basically the same doll I had two years ago with some small differences because 6YE has made some improvements since then.

Cosmetically the the eyes are a different color and the wig is different, more importantly hinged wrists instead of the wire wrists that my last two 6YE dolls had. This doll should also have the new double jointed skeleton and a newer better TPE formula,although my last 6YE doll which is over a year old now and is supposedly the older TPE has been very good.

Why get a doll you already had? you may ask. My last 164D lasted a little over a year it was my first doll and it got kind of beat up so I came across a 6YE 161C body, a doll I always thought was very beautiful and have had that doll ever since. And she has some advantages like she is lighter and slightly easier to maneuver in, and out of bed, she has also been quite durable. however I never became as attached as I did to my old 164D Kaley. For one thing I have had my 161C for almost a year now and she still doesn't have a name, she is a lot more petite compared to the 164D and feels less like a real woman.

Great body! Is her skin tone Tan ? I was going to order this body, but went with the 161C instead.

Thank you, and yes her skin tone is tan. It's hard to go wrong with the 161C.

Okay so I finished taking her out of the box, I got her all cleaned up and gave her her first set of underwear.

I've noticed a few things that are different between Kaley 2.0 and her predecessor. Almost all of these differences are good one of them I'm not sure about yet.

So first thing I noticed is the makeup on her head is much better than the makeup was on my original N24 head, a lot more detailed a lot nicer color scheme in my opinion. Of course this doll has a different skeleton than my original 164d she does have the newer more flexible skeleton with the double jointed knees and elbows. The legs hold up much better to standing positions then the ball joint skeleton did, this skeleton also has hand plates instead of wire wrists a gigantic improvement over the older design. It does appear from looking at the pictures online and also feeling the joint underneath the tpe that this skeleton has almost no joints that are ball joints, the extra flexibility in the legs and elbows is fantastic!

The skull and point where the skull connects to the neck on the body seems to be made out of a very high density foam material instead of the plastic the older heads were made of I don't see a problem with this.

The other thing I noticed is the nipples seem to be slightly bigger than I remember they're almost too big but I'm sure I'll get used to it, she is so beautiful that I'm sure I'll forget about it.

she came out nice.

I always felt their manufacturer photos and regular photos were off somewhat. Made me wonder about this brand.

Thank you, I think so to. Pic#3 did tun out well, #4 was the worst I tried the flash on that one

This is my third 6YE doll and she has the best most detailed factory makeup by far, I think that made a difference in this case.
A lot of doll faces including 6YE can look radicaly different depending makeup and hair, the N24 face is kind of a chameleon in that respect.
